A couple of months ago I had to give up speak at a meeting of the GGD Rome to previous commitments, and this time I did not want to give up the invitation organized on the occasion of Blu-Ray and DVD movies funny "Cattivissimo me" che, confesso, non ho visto. L'argomento dell'incontro era Una cena in Giallo con un menù a sorpresa. In pratica una lezione di cucina con un chef davvero speciale, Antonio Chiappini , 
nella scuola di cucina A tavola con lo chef 
riservata alle GGD e ad alcuni blogger (non solo enogastronomici) romani, Max ( racconto ), Giulia (che ne ha già parlato ), 
Slawka , Marco, Chiara , Simona , Paola , chi ho dimenticato? :
- custard with truffle
- the farmer's corn soup 
- Crepes with pumpkin 
- giambonetto chicken with pepper sauce 
- vanilla parfait with caramelized pineapple 
plus some extras like fried the skins of vegetables! 
Fine and good, perfect for an aperitif and as decoration. My thanks to chef Anthony Chiappini (I also discovered that we had the same teacher years ago Alleva Alba),
